Many times we all feel obsessed with negative self-talk. But the difference is that many of us do not realize it. It is a kind of inner dialogue like:
I am not a confident person.
I am ugly.
I am an incompetent person.
It destroys their … Some people try to improve their negative self-talk to build their confidence and improve their self-esteem. They emerges either from our past experiences or form our fears but I believe that you can gradually improve your negative self- talk by following these tips.

Firstly, acknowledge the negative self-talk- If you want to improve your self-talk, you have to acknowledge that. You have to understand the quality and content of the thoughts that came up to your mind.
Secondly, Meditation can be helpful in the identification and reduction of negative self-talk. It is also a route to explore the possibilities to dive into the river of peace. Thirdly, mindfulness exercise also can provide a way to instantly observe the negative self-talk that later can be converted into positive self talk.
Now, the question is how will you do this? You can frame and modify the sentences positively. For example: You don’t want to get less marks in your exam so that each time you talks to yourself and reminds you that "I don't want to achieve less marks in exams." But instead of thinking and talking to yourself so negatively you should talk to yourself like: "I will achieve good marks in exams." You have to practice it regularly.

Another way to improve your self-talk is to practice to stop the thought that disturb you and provokes you to criticize yourself and think negatively. It can be done by changing your perspective.
Remember that there is only one person who can modify your inner dialogues that are playing like a radio is you.

You can ask for validation of each negative thought about yourself. If you find thought validated, then work on it to improve yourself. If not, then let it go and just enjoy the peace of mind.
It has positive sides as well. Don’t forget everybody has an inner critic that offers you an opportunity to improve yourself. So, don’t be upset and keep improving yourself and your negative self-talk with a positive attitude.
