Thoughts are like a river which constantly flows into our mind. There is no dam that can hold them. Unchecked, unrestricted constantly flowing crystal clear water seems dirty in dirty hands. Similarly, each thought release a vibe. When any thought releases positive vibes, we feel happy and we say that it's a positive thought. Sometimes thoughts release negative energy and be the reason of our tension and anxiety. These kind of thoughts are known as negative thoughts. But this is only one side of the coin.

It's only our choice that how we perceive and react towards any thought. There is a strong connection between our reaction and perception of thought. It's only our choice how we take it. If our approach is positive towards life, we will definitely be able to perceive any thought into positive manner that will automatically turn our reactions in a positive way. We have to understand that no thought is positive and negative. We label them as per our perception and confirm them by our action.

So choose wisely which kind of approach you will follow to set free Yourself from the fetters of negative thoughts to enjoy your freedom in real sense.
