Self-esteem is a related with the feeling of self respect. It is linked with personal beliefs or self evaluation about one’s own value or self-worth. Sometimes people have low level of self-esteem due to various reasons. Some tips has been offered here to improve your self-esteem:
Tip: 1 Love yourself:
Mostly people have low self-esteem, they hate themselves. They don’t know the way to appraise and love them. They started blaming themselves for all the situations that bring worse outcomes in their lives. Low level of self-esteem also adversely affects many areas of life. Hence, it is essential to improve the self-esteem. Love and value yourself first. Love your way of doing something great like: good sense of humor, sense of dressing, your way of speaking etc. Love and care yourself.
Tip: 2 Unlock the boundaries:
Well…It’s true! Boundaries are important. They help us to realize the true difference between what we were in the past and what we are now in the present. Boundaries help us to identify our real potential. Everybody wants to work under ones comfort zone. But we should never forget that we can excel in any area only when we will come out of this comfort zone. Firstly, unlock your boundaries at psychological level that will help you to excel in any area. It will be beneficial for the improvement of self-esteem.

Tip: 3 Set smart goals:
Sometimes people set goals in their lives that seem difficult to achieve and that bring feeling of dissatisfaction, stress and low self-esteem. For good self-esteem, you should set SMART goals in your life. Goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic and t… They should be set on the basis of your caliber. There should be less discrepancy between the ideal self and ideal
self. The low it will be, the high the probability will be to achieve the goal that will improve self-esteem of a person.
Tip: 4 Stay Positive:
Thoughts are like magnet. Positive thoughts attract more positivity. Here, we can compare the single positive or negative thought with the roots of the tree which gradually turns into the tree either with positivity or with negativity with lots of branches. Always try to STAY POSITIVE. Try to develop and spread positivity among people. It will definitely improve your self-esteem.

Tip: 5 Believe in yourself:
Beliefs play a specific role in our lives. They either may be rigid or may be flexible. In the context of improvement in self-esteem, there must be a balance between the two. Old negative beliefs towards self need modification with the passage of time. Negative self beliefs should not be rigid. You should try to search out the proofs in that context. If you don’t get any answer or evidence in support of that negative belief then let it go. It will not only give you mental tranquility but also help you to enhance your self-esteem.
